Recycling for Education Has Many Rewards

These beautiful chess pieces were manufactured from scrap aluminum that Gyford Productions donated to the Manufacturing Technologies program at Truckee Meadows Community College(TMCC). This particular chess set was lathed and milled by prospective students during an open house, as a demonstration on what types of skills they would take away from the program.
